Running a great shooting ground is not just about having the finest machines, so to help you create the best we have a range of integrated services from design through to installation, training and finally maintenance. We work in long term partnership with our customers so that they can get the best from our equipment and so they can give their customers a great experience every time they shoot at their ground.
Warranty Information

Due to the fact that we only use the finest materials and components in our clay pigeon traps they seldom go wrong. But if they do we sort the issue out for you quickly and without question. You simply have to call our technical help desk and they we help you to speedily and easily resolve the issue. We stock a full range of parts so we will minimise your downtime.
Our warranty policy is very clear, if any of the components fail we will send you a replacement part. The only exclusions to this are parts that have been damaged by the owner, the release cable & switch or those parts subject to normal wearing out such as the throwing strips.
All personal use clay pigeon traps carry a one year parts and labour warranty all others 12 months labour and three years parts. Either at the time of purchase or within one month of delivery you can choose to take out a further three years extended warranty which is on the exact same no quibble terms. If you compare this policy to other manufacturers you will see that once again Promatic lead the market.
Training

As an owner or club you have invested a substantial amount in your shooting ground. We can help you protect that investment through proper staff training. Our trainers will cover:

- Consideration for course designs
The courses are specific to your clay pigeon traps and your requirements and no prior knowledge of clay pigeon traps is needed or assumed. All staff trained will receive an accreditation certificate at the end of the training. The course can either be held on your site or at our premises which are situated close to the motorway network and airport for easy access.
Trap Installation

Do you need help with the set up and installation of your clay pigeon traps ? It can be quite daunting, and time consuming, if you are installing several new clay pigeon traps. Our technical help desk is there as a guide but it is often much quicker and easier to have on site support using our installation team.
As part of our services to ground owners and clubs we can deliver, install, commission and test each machine. We have a team of trained personnel who use our own fleet to deliver the traps, unload them, place them in position, commssion each machine and go through a pre set test routine to ensure that everything is working perfectly.
You can combine this with our on site training so that your operatives learn all about safely using the traps, routine maintenance procedures, etc.
Course Design

Great courses seldom happen by accident, it is usually because of careful and considerate design. Having the best traps is not enough and so we provide a full Course Design and Project Installation service. The service can either use our own in-house design team or can be mixed with some of the greatest names in shooting such as George Digweed, Will Fennel or several other great shooters and professional designers we work with.
Our designers will visit your site and assess the topography, natural features, vegetation and compass bearings at each stand. Each design will not only be sympathetic to the environment but will also look to meet the needs of both the novice and experienced shooter. This means you can utilise the course for corporate days, members evenings and weekend competitions thus maximising revenue.
We will design the course incorporating safety issues, landscaping, trap positioning and pathways. We will also help you source items such as high towers, trap houses and course furniture. Our Course Design service can be integrated with our installation and training so that we see the project through from inception to completion.

Technical Help Desk

We pride ourselves on the ease of use of our machines and also on the comprehensive manuals included with each machine. However, sometimes you need to speak to someone to ask a question on set up or sort a problem. Our technical helpdesk is always willing to help you.
We have specialists on all our machines both in the USA and UK who can talk you through your issue and solve any problem you may have. This service is FREE to all of our customers, you will simply be asked for your customer name and the machines serial number so that we can log the call on our system.

Maintenance

For large clubs and commercial grounds we provide a bespoke maintenance service. We will visit your ground on a regular basis, typically twice yearly, to maintain each of your traps. Each machine will be cleaned, lubricated, tested, adjusted and, if necesary, have parts replaced under warranty free of charge. Our professional maintenance staff are qualified to work on any of our machines. Costs are quoted on a fixed price basis to include all labour, parts, material and travel.
